Instructions
Please upload the following list of items on the Moodle system course submission before you submit your final marks.
At Syllabus Folder:
- Latest Course syllabus file (PDF file), along with changes made on it, as well as the old syllabi (if any). (click here for the template of changes, (include in file the Number of Department meeting where decision was made to accept changes))
At Semester ( ........... )Folder:
- Course ILOs measurements results on the ILO Moodle file for all sections. (PDF file) (click here for the STEPS)
- Instructor evaluation of the course form. (Word file) (click here for the template)
- QA course ILOs Moodle form. (PDF file) (click here for the STEPS)
- Text of course work used to measure course outcomes (e.g. Assignments, quizzes, project with rubrics (if any))
- 3 samples of students work (e.g. Home works, Quizzes, Projects) that are used to measure course outcomes - High, average and lowest_passing with your feedback to their work (a sample with mark %50, e.g. for an exam mark from 20, the lowest_passing mark is (20*0.5 is 10 or slightly higher). - In case of one section courses or multi-section courses taught by only one instructor, peer review form of the final exam. (click here for the template)
- In case of multi-section courses with different instructors, course coordination minutes of meetings. (at least 4 meetings) (PDF files).
- Course Section Marks (from Students Marks system) after hiding the students’ names. (PDF file) (click here for an example)
For Paper Exams
- Key Answers of the (First, Second, Mid-term, or Final exams (PDF files). Please use the exam template. [submitted by coordinator only]
- Copies of students’ papers for all exams (Mid-term, Final) - 3 samples High, average and lowest_passing (a sample with mark %50) mark with your feedback to their work. [submitted by coordinator only]
For Electronic Exams
- QuestionStatistics file exported from the Moodle system for all students. (Excel file).
- Copies of students’ work for all exams (First, Second, Mid-term, or Final exams) (PDF files) - 3 samples High, average and lowest_passing (a sample with mark %50) mark with your feedback to their work. [submitted by coordinator only]
- For the first time only, get the approval of the department chair to make your course exam electronic. Follow the QA procedure and use the following attached templates: Department Approval form and request authorization of access to exams system.
Please note: A scanner, printer, copier is available at Room 7303 to scan students samples work into PDF files.
